Daniel and Rebecca Yoder opened this eighth-mile strip near Bee Branch on September 1, 2006, for street-legal, insured cars. It ran off and on for years, with legal and permitting fights over the state’s racing laws, long shutdowns and talk of a sale or reopening. Racing posts dry up around 2020.
