In 1967 this NHRA-sanctioned strip raced every other Sunday, with Gary Unruh as manager. The Swedish magazine Start & Strip listed it among 325 U.S. drag strips in 1968, when Ed Pogue was manager. Its full history and years of operation are still unclear. One visitor said nature is slowly taking it back.
