This track was on the southwest edge of Williamston. Doc Elam won Super Stock in his fuel-injected ‘57 Chevy on Thursday night, October 16, 1958. On Thursday, November 27, 1958, Bobby Young of Due West won top eliminator for the third week in a row in his Chevy-powered ‘34 Ford. According to one local, the starting line and about half the track are now in a cow pasture, and the rest is a driveway for a few houses. That driveway, Skyland Drive, is the old track.
