A local racer heard about this strip from a man named Hottinger, owner of Hottinger Nursery in Louisa, whose father raced there when Hottinger was a boy. It opened after Louisa Dragway closed, about 10 or 12 miles from that track, and lasted only about two years. It sat behind the Exxon station, and a gate still marks the entrance. It would have run sometime between 1965 and 1969. Old newspapers have turned up nothing.
