Don Nutt, a Duncan used car dealer, owned this strip southwest of town off Bois D’Arc, possibly 2 miles west of Highway 81 on Bois D’Arc, then a mile south on the east side of 46th. A race on Saturday, July 18, 1964, gave trophies to class winners. On Sunday, July 26, 1964, Coy Schones of Oklahoma City won top street eliminator with a strip record of 10.85 in his ‘55 Chevy B gasser, and Tommy Kilpatrick of Lawton won top stock eliminator in his ‘57 Chevy F/S. In 2003 the track was still there, owned by a farmer who parked his equipment on the pavement.
