This eighth-mile strip was seven miles west of downtown Endicott, just west of where Day Hollow Road meets Walker Road. It measured 50 feet wide and 1,500 feet long and was sanctioned by the Timing Association of North America (TANA). Robert G. Phillips was track manager. It was set to open in May 1964 with weekly Saturday programs. The old strip is a residential road today.
