Johnny Isaacs built this NHRA-sanctioned quarter-mile strip about two miles south of Rusk in 2004, and Ken and Molly Hall ran it. At the NHRA Division 4 Lucas Oil race in mid-June 2004, Ashley Force won the first NHRA race of her career in a top alcohol dragster and set a track record of 5.453 at 259.36 MPH. The strip hosted another Division 4 Lucas Oil event in mid-June 2005, where Steve Torrence won top alcohol dragster. In 2006 Adam Attaway and Red River Raceway owners Ken and Molly Hall were reported to have leased the track to run under NHRA sanction, and Spencer Massey won the top alcohol dragster class at that year’s Lucas Oil event. A two-day Lucas Oil event followed in mid-May 2007. When the strip closed isn’t known, but the last record found is from 2008.
