Bill Rush reported a dirt drag strip north of Boulder that ran from the mid-1950s into the early 1960s. He said it was one of the few NHRA-sanctioned dirt strips. Several posts on the Jalopy Journal mention it, and one newspaper article mentions races in early 1957 at a strip northeast of Boulder.
